Combat Fitness by ЕБШ

for those who are ready to challenge themselves.

It is much more than a traditional training plan.
You will achieve the highest balance of strength, endurance, coordination, mobility and speed. This program will make you an unstoppable and extremely developed athlete and tactical athlete, ready to perform a variety of tasks.
